Got to agree with the reviewer here – after Ga Ga etc etc I was really disappointed – but still optimistic for the album.

Got Nuffin, the track, gives off a raw vibe, and sounds like a somewhat modernized version of old punk-rock. Kind of like a mixture between The Clash and David Bowie. Very enjoyable.

I really like Spoon, but I think they need to try something new. I haven’t heard the new EP, but Tweakers sounds interesting

I adore the new EP. Very different sound, but good. Tweakers is enjoyable in an odd way.. not sure if it could have fit anywhere aside from this very drum-oriented EP. Spoon has yet to do any wrong in my eyes.

The title track’s a rote, Spoon-by-numbers snoozefest, and “Tweakers” reeks.

Thankfully, “Stroke Their Brains” sorta rules. Whew!

It’s hard to complain much about any new music from Spoon, but I had hoped for a bit more meat. I guess it does make me salivate even more for a full length. Now let’s win that EP!

I’d agree with your 60. The title track was enjoyable, but I will in all likelihood never listen to the other songs again. Also, I was a bit irked by the fact that the final song on the EP was presented as a hidden track. Why do bands still do this at all? Having a bunch of white space at the end of an otherwise perfectly good song–or any song–is entirely unnecessary.
