Stereogum & team9 Present... MySplice III remixes music mp3

Stereogum and team9 have teamed up for a third year in a row to bring us their MySplice III mashup compilation. The mix includes 2008 blog staples like Bloc Party, Lykke Le, of Montreal, Beck, and Crystal Castles mashed with 2008′s ineluctable pop hits (Britney Spears, Rihanna, Kanye, Katy Perry). Oh, and they through in some oldies as well (Cyndi Lauper, Guns N’ Roses, etc).

I don’t know if you guys feel it too, but I can’t help but think this is the best MySplice yet.

Stream the whole thing here, and download the mp3s below the player.

I dig some of these!

Oh and “Blood,” please stop being so dramatic. PMA just extended this compilation’s reach. It was a freebie so it’s definitely not stealing. Luis isn’t claiming any ownership — he tells us even in the post title “STEREOGUM AND TEAM9 Present…” so just stfu.

If it wasn’t for this post, I would have never found out about this. And I know that is true for many other people who stopped reading Stereogum months ago.

I like this splice! Very good!
WIth the Good After Time Song Brings the new tunes of Lykke Li with the classical tunes od Cyndi Lauper as if Cyndi Lauper is singing with the Cyndi of the 2000′s! The mirror effect in that song is intense.
I grew up listening to my mom blaring Time After Time in the car and listening to my mom’s favorite song being meshed into my favorite song is so great! happy with this mix.

Then with the track B.F. meets T.I. is great! I love the meshing of “race” music! [as most people I know call it] I always hated that My whole time growing up people would tell me that there’s black music and white music..I guess with this song it’s bi-racial! :D but yes this song is very good. I live in Iowa and this state really seperates the genres so much. I am really happy that Stereogum and Team Street 9 did this! Thank You!
Disturbed Youth does make the song Disturbia better[at least to me it's better]

I bet Kim Deal is proper chuffed that her music is being used as the background to that thick-as-dogshit homophobic, sexist turd.
