idiot! this is the original version in the film and everybody just knows the rework which was a single!

I’m pretty sure in the movie they play a remix of 19 2000 by Gorillaz, not the original.

The “Gorillaz” song in the playlist is not really working. It contains just ~30 seconds of silence.

There were some songs left off of that playlist.

i thought the ending was sweet and i understood it. people didn’t like it because they wanted an explosive ending where theres massive explosions and shit like all other movies. i really really liked it. if you watch to the end of the creits you hear a voice say “now what?” it makes me wonder if maybe they survived at the end or whatever

    Missing a couple of songs:

    MuCC – “Fuzz”
    Sean Kingston – “Beautiful Girl”

  8. Pat Angello

Haven’t seen the film yet, but “Hey Little World” by the Hives makes me think it was written for this film.

This movie is great…i love the narration…no there is no real ending…but in real life the ending is death so….if you havnet seen it you got to go c it…

  11. Another person who saw (and loved it)

At the end of the credits Rob says something slightly inaudiable… Go play this backwards and you can hear him saying something. Not sure if I should spoil it… But a huge thing to watch for that no one seems to know about is the person crashing on the couch at the party.

okay, everyone keeps saying that something happens at the end of the credits…but my friends and I stayed the ENTIRE time and nothing happened. what’s the deal?

Actually, I loved everything about this movie, especially the ending. Their last words were the perfect fit for it. I’ve already seen it 3 times and it gets more and more intense each time. Everyone should check it out since it’s the best american monster movie in a hell of a long time.

There are talks about sequals too and you can check it out here… http://www.cinematical.com/2008/01/18/cloverfield-is-out-its-time-to-talk-sequels/ .

  14. stnkwink

Thanks a lot! I really wanted to know what one of the songs was from the party!

  16. peen

i can’t see this movie actually releasing a soundtrack just because the only music i can recall is from rob’s party.

anyways, the ending isn’t very good but very appropriate for the movie.
there’s probably going to be a sequel if you stayed until after the credits. ;D

  17. Also Saw it

Dude, I saw it too, it has an ending, not perfect but still, and we all loved it

  18. the only guy who saw it

DONT BE EXCITED…ITS CREATIVE…INTERESTING…but no ending…i enjoyed it…but everyone hated it
