I haven’t really touched on Theophilus London on the blog, mostly because I’m not completely sold on the guy yet. However, this track is pretty damn great. Theophilus added some verses onto The xx’s exquisite, dubstep remix of Jack Penate’s “Pull My Heart Away,” and it works great. The remix has been one of my favorites of 2009, but Theophilus London’s presence on the track is empowering and an asset to the overall experience.
Electro-rap is so early 2k9. Dupstep-hop will be big in 2k9.9-2k10.

I think the background vocals are pushed down a little too far. Pump them up and this is a winner.
