Tokyo Police Club are up to 2007 on their 10 years of covers project, a week in. I’d imagine that deciding to cover LCD Soundsystem’s unerring “All My Friends” for 2008 must have been a no-brainer. The band’s watered down rendition is respectable for the most part, up until the end where it sounds as if they just gave up. But that’s okay, TPC; that last verse is a toughie.
