The first of apparently many free tunes Nathan Williams will be releasing on his own, and might eventually appear on a 7” or something, is a tribute to that special box we all love to stare at…. no I’m not referring to your Mac. “TV Luv Song” houses lyrics like “I’m wasting my time, all of my time, but that’s all right with me. I got TV.” Similar to his noise-pop/surf rock candor, the track is brief, head bumping and enveloped in distortion.
Wavves has been having a prolific year thus far, already dropping a 7” with sweethearts Best Coast in Summer Is Forever, and releasing other new tracks like “Mutant.” Be on the lookout for more from the self-proclaimed stoner, and follow him on Twitter, oh and follow us too while you’re at it.
