3OH!3 – Don’t Trust Me (ft. Kid Cudi) (Benny Blanco Remix)
“Don’t Trust Me” is 3OH!3’s insanely catchy and insanely popular single that will certainly launch them into One-Hit-Wonder status. The man who brought us Spank Rock and Mos Def over Justice’s “D.A.N.C.E.”, Benny Blanco, is now bringing babyfaced buzz-rapper Kid Cudi into the mix. Despite an awkward introduction, this remix is actually pretty good. It may be that the remix focuses on the song’s hook (one of the best ones I’ve heard all year). Or it may just be Kid Cudi’s presence on the track. I give him a hard time, sure, but he does real good on this song. Saw it at Pigeons and Planes.
