I was very impressed by ’ debut album To Lose My Life… (review coming!) and was pretty stoked to listen to them cover Kanye’s “Love Lockdown” on their favorite radio station. Watch the video up there, or you can grab the mp3 after the jump

Awesome! Love White Lies, and I’m looking forward to the album. Gotta say, I think their cover’s better than the original.

Interesting cover. White Lies is 1 impressive debut CD. I’ve had it on constant rotation for 5 days now. Definitely band to watch for o9. White Lies, a nod to the 8os and a wink to The Killers.

“White Lies, a nod to the 8os and a wink to The Killers.”

i’m not sure it’s something to do with the killers, since brandon flowers voice is way deeper.

Hmm…a nod to the 80s and a wink to the killers eh? Well, i do love the killers too…weird. White Lies are darker though. I mean, Unfinished Business is probably at the fringes of what some might stupidly call ‘emo’. White Lies aren’t the Killers and The Killers aren’t White Lies. Both are bloody amazing if you ask me
