Another alum of Big Boi’s Sir Luscious Left Foot, Alabama rapper Yelawolf breaks quite a few rap stereotypes on new tune from his upcoming record Trunk Muzik 0-60. As his album title indicates, Yelawolf’s interested in cars – namely the “Daddy’s Lambo” of this track – cars he doesn’t have. This isn’t a song about how much money he’s got or how well-respected he is, it’s a song (with a heavy, funeral-bell haunting beat that might make you want to say something like “witch house”) about how he “ain’t seen the kind of money you got / nobody got that kind of money in the boondocks.” Listen and download below:
