Last night in Houston, Arcade Fire treated 16,000 fans to this spirited cover of Blondie’s classic “Heart of Glass.” The ever useful @arcadefiretube have a decent rip – keep it on repeat for the rest of the afternoon.

Arcade Fire have been conquering the cover game throughout their Reflektor Tour. They covered Prince in Minneapolis, The Rolling Stones in Louisville, Stevie Wonder in Michigan, the Constantines in Toronto and Boyz II Men’s “Mowtownphilly” in, get this, Philadelphia.

We’re still trying to figure out the geographical significance Blondie’s “Heart of Glass” has with Houston – do you know? We’ll have this audio on repeat until we do.

Charlotte Aitchison’s second LP is a warhead, a sonic sour bomb that conceals sneering attitude and caustic kiss-offs beneath an initially shimmering pop sheen.
