2007 might just be my favorite year for music releases this decade. Unfortunately, many, many great albums were left out of this list. It was pretty hard leave them out, but I couldn’t press the little blue “Publish” button without any of the following albums on the list:

2007 has to be the best year of music this decade. It must have been such a struggle to get down to such a limited list in such a good year!

The Shins and Justice both had phenomenal 07 records too.

My vote would go to M.I.A.
In Rainbows wins easily. It’s my second favorite Radiohead album ever. Neon Bible is a close second for me (never got into LCD Soundsystem so I can’t judge them)
The National deserves to be on this list.

My vote is for Of Montreal… I listened to that album on repeat too many times to count
kala for sure. might be the best album of the decade. in the top ten at least.
I can’t choose just one, so I didn’t vote at all.
Definitely the hardest vote so far, but I went with Strawberry Jam. I love the point where artists retain all their quirks but make perfect pop music.
