Kid Sister Right Hand Hi stream remixes music
After several push backs, we will finally get to listen to super-cute Kid Sister’s debut album, Ultraviolet (formerly, Dream Date). The album’s title isn’t the only thing that is different. Kid Sister felt she’d better rep Chi-town by ditching that horrid David Banner collab, “Family Reunion” as well as a couple other tracks and added 5 new tracks onto the working tracklist, including new single “Right Hand Hi.”

“Right Hand Hi” is a banger produced by Steve Angello & Sebastian Ingrosso, and sounds like it would have been right at home in the summer of 2007. By the looks of it, Kid Sister is moving deeper and deeper into house and it suits her.

Can’t wait for the album. Glad to hear she got rid of Family Reunion. Go Kid Sis…rep for the Chi!

I’m worrying this album my be over-hyped. (See: Little Boots’s Hands) But if the songs she ditched are the horrible one’s up on her MySpace page (“Beeper,” “Switchboard,” “Telephone”) then maybe this has been worth the wait.

I liked the name Dream Date better though.

Awww… I actually liked ‘Family Reunion’. It was totally laid-back boppy summer. Ultraviolet just makes me think of that terrible movie.

I guess I’m the only one who liked Family Reunion? It definitely felt like summer and it still goes down well as one of those fun summer tracks for me.
