You already know this – AlunaGeorge’s “Your Drums, Your Love” is one of the best pop singles of 2012 and shows off a fantastic new talent with tons of potential. You also already know this – it’s been way too long since we’ve heard anything from the English dance-punk trio Friendly Fires. Their remix of “Your Drums, Your Love,” is great, so it’ll almost tide us over – don’t be fooled by those brosteppy effects toward the beginning, because the whole thing soon devolves into undulating, jungle-y windchimes and steel drums. We’re loving those wailing synths layered under Aluna Francis’ vocals at the end. Check it out.
