Robyn Indestructible (A Trak Remix)

Robyn’s year-long anticipated Body Talk has finally dropped this week to the content of fans and music enthusiasts everywhere. It seems a remix album wouldn’t be so far off, her brand of electro-pop fused hip hop all ready summoning DJ’s the likes of Diplo, Fred Falke, Real Talk, Starsmith and others. Montreal DJ A-Trak, who runs Fool’s Gold Records (roster includes Kid Sister, Chromeo, the Cool Kids), has joined the ranks, reinterpreting the Swedish sensation’s “Indestructible. ” Like he’s done for Yeah Yeah Yeahs, A-Trak transforms “Indestructible” into a rowdy club banger, a delirious, fast-paced electronic exploration that heightens the original’s use of violins and disco-funk. The dance solo towards the end merges classical sounding harmonies with a boisterous electro spin. Enjoy!
