It’s been a little more than two years since Austra’s debut LP, Feel It Break, and in that time they’ve toured with the likes of the xx and Grimes. Somehow, what that has lead to a record that is, according to the press dossier, “fundamentally a dance record.” If the rest of these so-called dance tracks sound like “Home,” we can definitely dig it. Who doesn’t get down to a woodwind section and a bit of bouncy piano? Stream it below with the expectation that you’ll be dancing in your seat for the song’s last two minutes.

June 18 is the day we’re all waiting for now; their next LP, Olympia, drops then via Domino records. There’s a bit of a tour going on as well. Dates:

Charlotte Aitchison’s second LP is a warhead, a sonic sour bomb that conceals sneering attitude and caustic kiss-offs beneath an initially shimmering pop sheen.
