Crystal Castles‘ latest single “Celestica” is a joyful and peaceful ride powered mainly by stunning vocal work and contagious drumming throughout the track. Each note sung during the song sounds perfectly, beautifully delivered and meshes so well with the backing music.
Crystal Castles have always been great with this combination, and “Celestica” is a clear indication that they aren’t letting up. In the last two minutes of the song the beauty grows even further when both the vocals and backing synths and drums are finally let loose causing an ecstatic bliss.
Crystal Castles second self-titled album is out now digitally. It will be available in physical formats on May 24. You can pre-order it at Insound.

@pmablog its actually in my ‘to listen to’ folder. so im not sure. last album was ok, a lil spastic for me
@LiquidHeaven it’s a great song.
The new album is a lot better than the last one. A lot less screaming on Alice’s part and more singing.
