Everyone’s favorite emotional indie rockers are back. We first heard that Ben Gibbard and his cohorts in Death Cab For Cutie were coming out with their seventh full length a little while back, and we now have our first taste of Codes And Keys with a track called “You Are A Tourist.”
The tune is quite evocative of the Death Cab motto, merging sonorous bass lines with friendly guitar riffs, subtle chords and Gibbard’s light hearted lyrics about finding destinations, burning hearts and other Death Cab-y stuff. Codes And Keys comes out May 31st.
