Fleet Foxes are spoiling us rotten with all of these previews of their grand sophomore album, Helplessness Blues ― which I can say, is one of the best albums 2011 has to offer. “Blue Spotted Tail,” an early album highlight, was premiered by Robin Pecknold live on BBC Radio 6. Pecknold’s live rendition of “Blue Spotted Tail” is only slightly different than the final studio version, made to sound breezy and springtime appropriate.
