OFWGKTA comrade Hodgy Beats is setting himself up to have a big 2011. Not only did he appear with Tyler The Creator on Jimmy Fallon for Odd Future’s TV debut (an event that was arguably the tipping-point in OF’s rise to stardom), but he was he featured heavily on Tyler’s Goblin LP and has just announced that as one half of MellowHype, he’ll be releasing BlackendedWhite commercially on July 12. And now, we get to listen to a brand new Hodgy track called “April 27,” beat laid out by rising, talented Kanye and N.E.R.D.-indebted produced Michael Uzowuru.
