A little while ago we received some extremely exciting and wonderfully surprising news, that newly crowned indie king Bon Iver and British post-dubstep wunderkind James Blake were working on a collaboration together after a chance meeting at SXSW this March.
Both artists have been having an awesome year in 2011 – their respective records are most likely appear on top ten lists come December – and now, after the premier of “Fall Creek Boys Choir” on BBC Radio 1, rumours of a collaborative EP have become all the rage.
The new song features production from Blake and an auto-tuned Justin Vernon singing over a beautifully arranged electronic backdrop. Can’t expect anything less from these two. Hear it below.
