The xx‘s incredibly talented beatmaker, Jamie xx will be releasing a solo 12″ single in “about a month or so”, called “Far Nearer” on Numbers Records, though he might decide not to use the Jamie xx moniker. Let’s hope he does because over the last few months, Jamie xx has become synonymous with ethereal dubstep majesty, and if anything, “Far Nearer” cements that. Hear the track below:
