Meek Mill’s new song “Intro” won’t be featured on his upcoming record Dreams and Nightmares, but we bet it’ll give you a good taste of what the record has to offer anyway. Just the way the record’s title reflects a kind of duality, so does the track, starting off with an emotional piano beat (but don’t expect Meek to resort to balladry) before cutting midway-through into sheer, relentless badassery like nothing else we’ve heard this year. Meek doesn’t let up with his blistering, smart, verbose verses over the track’s four minutes, which gives us high hopes for the rest of Dreams and Nightmares being just as intense. Check it out.
