Maybach Music Group’s thing seems to be recruiting everyone you’d list if you were asked to recount everyone you’d heard rap on the radio or MTV in the past 24 hours and throwing them on a five-plus-minute remix to compete over a swarming, bass-heavy backbeat. Case in point: Rick Ross and Wale’s “Bag of Money,” from MMG’s Self Made 2 comp, has just gotten the remix treatment, with a little help: T-Pain, Omarion, Yo Gotti, Lil Wayne, French Montana, and Black Cobain (yep, all of them) show up on this track. Meek Mill dropped an impressive verse on the original, but the six other rappers his cohorts recruited in his absence do an impressive job filling in for him.
