The-Dream, after releasing a racy video for “ROC,” has debuted “Kill The Lights.” The slow-burning anthem features vocals from Casha, an r&b artist The-Dream seems to be pushing. The song, a sprawling six minutes of seductive synth and suggestive percussion, is reportedly from The-Dream’s new album, the confusingly titled The Love IV MMXII. Though I guess that guarantees the album will be out this year…
