You know that the Weeknd is releasing his first three mixtapes via Universal as Trilogy on November 13th, but the famously prolific R&B heartbreaker isn’t taking that as an excuse for taking it easy – on this new track which won’t be on the album, “Enemy,” he takes the chorus from the Smiths’ classic “Please, Please, Please, Let Me Get What I Want” and turns it on its head into a intensely seductive, minimalist, bedroom-eyed jam that stretches out into five salacious minutes of slow-burning piano and thudding bass. Check it out.

Trilogy has three more new songs in store for us: the House of Balloons supplement is called “Twenty Eight,” Thursday‘s will be “‘Til Dawn (Here Comes The Sun),” and Echoes of Silence will have “Valerie,” which we previewed earlier this week.
