Who would have ever thought we’d be using the words Judas Priest and electro-pop in the same sentence? Thanks to Portland’s own YACHT, we can. The dance rockers are dropping their brand new sophomore full length tomorrow called Shangri-La, and in promotion have just stopped by SIRIUS XMU and recorded a session where they cover Judas Priest’s bad ass, fuck the system anthem “Breaking The Law.”

The duo replace the heavy guitar riffs with fuzzy synths, the pounding drums with disco beats, but it actually works, realllllly well. Check it out below.If you haven’t heard Shangri-La yet, you can stream it in full here. Grab it when it drops tomorrow via the DFA Records.
