Friday track of the week, “Don’t Look Down” — dubbed “The Phoenix Story” by Kanye on Twitter — features two big names, Mos Def, Lupe Fiasco, and a quickly rising figure in hip-hop’s new school, Big Sean. It should be noted that the Phoenix character that this song is referring to is a prominent character in Kanye’s Runaway short film that premiered last night, as well as the star of Kanye’s now banned My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy album art (above). Kid Cudi’s Man on the Moon II Tracklist, Album Art Revealed
The 17-song tracklist to Kid Cudi‘s sophomore effort, Man on the Moon II: The Legend of Mr. Rager has finally be revealed, along with the album’s cover. The album is comprised of five acts; “The World I Am Ruling,” “A Stronger Trip,” “Party On,” “The Transformation,” and “You Live & You Learn.” Mr. Rager also boasts a few big-name collaborations — Cee-Lo Green, Cage & St. Vincent, Mary J.
