Danny Brown has a new album coming out on September 30! Danny Brown has a new album coming out on September 30! Danny Brown has a new album coming out on September 30!

It’s called Atrocity Exhibition, a lofty title taken from either the experimental Joy Division song (which takes it’s title from the experimental J. G. Ballard book). The 15-song effort features a band of famous guests including rap game golden boy Kendrick Lamar. Also: Ab-Soul, AlchemistB-Real, Earl Sweatshirt, Evian ChristKelela, and Petit Noir

Brown says he wanted to create something “timeless” with Atrocity Exhibition, citing the album’s $70,000 budget for sample clearances as evidence. Or as Brown puts it, “You could have Rolex or you can have a Swatch.” According to the rapper, the album was influenced by Raekwon, early Björk, Joy Division, Talking Heads, and System of a Down.

Summer ’16 single “When It Rain” features on the LP as well. Revisit below and scroll down for Atrocity Exhibition’s intense artwork/tracklist and Brown’s full tour itinerary.
