James Blake has collaborated with Wu Tang’s RZA on a song called “Take A Fall For Me” and Brian Eno on a song called “Digital Lion” (!) for his new album, and this is Overgrown‘s cover. We’re befuddled by the RZA collab and oddball cover, but the Eno feature makes perfect sense. I’m finding myself trying to decode the meaning of a stag over his right shoulder, and a waterfall over his left. Perhaps RZA is the stag, and Eno the waterfall. Regardless, its available on April 8 via Atlas, and we can’t wait to hear more from it.
