Killers drummer Ronnie Vannucci — who is not a total cheese-dick — has recently divulged some information to NME that is sure to stir excitement, or at the very least spark some interest in a band that sorely needs to make a record like Hot Fuss again.

In an interview chronicling The Killers‘s long and tumultuous road to Wembley Stadium, Vannucci spilled the beans on a high profile collaboration with M83 mastermind Anthony Gonzales. While no concrete details where given – it’s probably too early for that – Vannucci insisted that they weren’t just shooting shit with Gonzales, saying that what they were working on together were “not just demos,” but “real recordings.”
