For all the musicians out there with long-delayed albums in their arsenal – we’re looking at you, Sky Ferreira (and also JoJo) – you might want to take a page out of M.I.A.’s book. With a series of tweets this morning, she seems to have finally finagled from Interscope a release date for Matangi, which is now slated to drop in November. “I can always leak this next week and make a new one by the time they are ready,” she teased, which we’re guessing was the clincher for her label. Barring an Azealia Banks-ian series of label delays and setbacks, we’ll get our hands on Matangi November 5 – stay tuned and watch the all-gold-everything version of the “Bring The Noize” video below.
