Tame Impala are about to release something very soon. The Australian band has passed down this clip featuring a snippet of a new song while throwing in the word “Lonerism” amidst the psychedelia. We’re going to assume this means the band will release an album called Lonerism sometime in the next few months and that the song playing is one of the singles. This is exciting for many reasons: one, Lonerism is awesome album title; two, Tame Impala’s 2010 debut, Innerspeaker was met with great critical acclaim when it came out; three, “Solitude Is Bliss” is still one of our favorite jams out of the last few years; and four, frontman Kevin Parker sounds just like John Lennon.
