So far it looks like people are more excited for the Great Gatsby's soundtrack than for the film itself, but we can't blame them - the cast of characters on the soundtrack is pretty unbelievable. Because whoever's in charge of this loves torturing us, they've put together this quick mix of thirty-second snippets from all the exclusive tracks that'll be on the record. We're really excited by the speakeasy vibe of the whole thing - even the songs by Black Eyed Peas members sound like something straight out of Gatsby's era, and Coco O. of Quadron sounds eerily accurately like a jazz age lounge singer. The horn-heavy updates of Roxy Music's "Love is the Drug" and Beyonce's "Crazy in Love" are insanely good too. We can't wait to hear all the complete songs, but we're particularly enamored by the snippets of Lana Del Rey and Jack White's tracks. The soundtrack's out May 6, the film May 10.
