Sidebar: Apparently Lady GaGa designed a pair of headphones for Dr. Dre’s Beats brand. They’re called Heartbeats and they’re available in October. Oh and GaGa is giving 30 of them away.

The way I see it is that my chances of winning are slim, so I’ll just ask politely :) (I want the ones in black)

Also, her new single, “Paparazzi” is ridiculously good. Especially the remixes (favorites being remixes by Stuart Price, Filthy Dukes, and Yuksek). Here’s a new one by the talented Mr. Vega.

Eminem Plans To Release TWO Albums in 09 headline shorties

Eminem’s first album since Encore finally has a release date: Relapse will drop on May 19th.

And in a more surprising announcement, the rapper plans to release Relapse 2 by the end of 2009! This is pretty good news for the rap world. Here’s Eminem’s statement from the press release:

“A lot of people were expecting Relapse to drop last year. I was one of them. Then Dre and I went back in the studio in September for a few days, and that turned into six months. We were on such a roll; we wound up with a ton of new music produced by Dre. Putting out Relapse 2 will let everyone get all of the best stuff.”

Sounds pretty good. Although I’m not the biggest fan of “Crack A Bottle,” I have faith in Slim Shady. Do you?

New Eminem – Number One (Prod. by Dr. Dre)

New Eminem Number One (Prod. by Dr. Dre) listen Here’s a brand new Dr. Dre-produced Eminem track off a certain mixtape.

The track is obviously unfinished and will eventually come to feature Dr. Dre once it’s completely finished.

Maybe then I’ll like it? I guess it just feels a bit bland. It’s also annoying to hear Em rap about Dre’s crazy production skills when the beat behind the words is so darn dull. What’s going on?
