New Jay-Z – Jockin’ Jay-Z (Travis Barker Remix)
I wonder when I’m going to hear another song from Bluepring 3 that I actually like. I’m still waiting on the Kanye West collab “Haters” and the epic-sounding “Swagga Like Us, Pt. 2″ which features Andre 3000, Nas, and Young Jeezy as special guests. I wasn’t too impressed with “We Made History” and it’s hard to give Jigga credit the first “Swagga Like Us.” It still see it as T.I.’s work.

Kanye West- 808s and Heartbreak Album Review
This is how I was introduced to Kanye West. At the time, the rising star wowed America with this chill-inducing rendition of “Jesus Walks.†Kanye showed off his extreme passion, massive ambition, and theatrical flair. He was a fresh face in his genre, and he was something special.
Fast-forward three and a half years. West is the number one name in music. He is hailed as one of the best, if not the best rapper in the world. But when he premieres his new song, “Love Lockdown,†at the MTV Music Video awards, something strange happens about two minutes in. That’s when people realize that the self-proclaimed “voice of the generation†isn’t rapping, but singing. The entire song.
All artists shift styles at some point in their life. It’s part of the creative process! But as gutsy as Kanye’s move was, it still had many people wondering: “Where are you, Yeezy?â€
As more of 808s and Heartbreak leaked, however, people began to see what the legendary rapper/producer was doing- making original, catchy, and ultimately great music. While it still pains me that Kanye isn’t quite as good of a singer as he sounds on the tracks (due to the wonders of Auto-Tune), I’ve gotten over it and have come to respect his incredible ear for beats, hooks, and production value. New Kanye West ft. Young Jeezy – Amazing
 There was a massive leak in Kanye West’s 808’s & Heartbreak pipeline today (ok, that will be the last plumbing pun I’ll make, I promise). Watch this space for the next tracks coming up over the next couple of hours. Â
This first song, featuring Young Jeezy, is called “Amazing” — Kanye may have name checked Perez Hilton, but he dedicated a whole track to Pretty Much Amazing!

THE OWNAGE IS BREAKING MY PLACENTA!!
I heard someone say that today \\ I thought it was insanely HIGHlarious, but if you think about it, it’s kind of gross — BUT it does accurately sum up what this post is all about though. Remember when I used to make these longass posts back in the day? I always thought it was fun chronicling the world of pretty much amazing music in one (not so)quick, pain-free post.
I get tons of emails from people telling me they read PMA at least twice a day — one personal actually said he would refresh the page ever-so-often to make sure he caught every update. SRSLY (yay an HRO word) guyz, that’s really and all, but totally unnecessary. For one, you can just subscribe to the daily email sent @ like 5am or whatever random time I set it send. Alternately, I can make this 18-in-One* posts (*I highly doubt it’s really going to be 18-in-One, that was just a sales pitch). BUT I do have a lot of remixes and semi-newly leaked stuff I’d like to share. As I write this, I am contemplating zipping every MP3 I will post today (I think it’s going to be a lot of MP3s), but that might take too much effort. If you want to download a large .zip file instead of “Right Click, Save As…”-ing every track you might want to listen to/download, leave me a comment and express your need for zipped technology.

New Music Video – Love In This Club (feat. Young Jeezy)
Here is Usher’s new video, titled “Love In This Club” featuring Young Jeezy. It’s about how he’s imagining a girl in a club and he’s dancing with her, and when they try to kiss everything disappears. It’s a pretty long video with a minute of silence in the beginning and a dance break near the end of the video.
