Chaelin Lee, best known as the International Badass CL, is the brightest star from the South Korean girl group 2NE1 (their crossover hit “I Am the Best” is a must-listen), and Diplo and Skrillex’s go-to person for an earworm hook this side of Justin Bieber. She’s currently preparing a solo album—due sometime next year—and today she’s loosed a free, English language “street single” called “Hello Bitches” to hype it up.

Produced by longtime collaborator Teddy, the track is massive with a booming beat that reminds us of M.I.A.’s “Bad Girls” if it had been created in a trap vacuum. Not to be outdone, CL deftly packs the song with outrageously catchy hooks sung in Korean and sneering verses rapped in English.

Then there’s the video, directed by world-renowned choreographer Parris Goebel and co-starring her highly viral-able ReQuest crew. Taking cues from CL herself, the clip is agile, quick-witted, and lustrous. It also gives Missy Elliott’s dazzling “WTF (Where They From)” video a run for Video of the Year.
