“So Far Away” is just one of the tracks that has us so excited about Charli XCX’s industrial-meets-internet vibe, so it’s appropriate that the song’s new video is like Tumblr culture on (even more) epic hallucinogenic drugs. Plenty of .gif-like images, clips from Disney movies, tons of color and glitter effects – it looks assembled by a very photoshop-savvy fangirl (or boy), but it works with the track’s schizophrenic genre pastiche.
