Coldplay’s latest Mylo Xyloto single is “Princess of China” (yep, the Rihanna-featuring one), and now the track has a great, hi-fi, big-budget video compete with (sometimes aerial!) sword fighting, synchronized belly-dancing, dramatic landscapes, sexual tension, you name it! Adria Petty, the evident genius responsible for Beyonce’s “Countdown” video, directed this one, and it’s fantastic – lots of music videos that attempt a narrative fall flat, but not in Petty’s hands.
