You and your friend ever have the same dream at the same time? Such is the premise of the new Common and Nas video for their track “Ghetto Dreams,” from Common’s forthcoming The Dreamer, The Believer.
The clip is actually entirely pertinent to the lyrics, finding the two rappers rapping about a beautiful woman who smokes pot in the morning and has an ass that’s out of this world (both of which and then some come to fruition in the video). The entire dream segment is shot in black and white, Common sporting some pretty hipster attire and a new unkempt beard, Nas looking as fresh as ever in a blazer and tie. Watch it below; The Dreamer, The Believer is slated for a fall release, most likely in November.
