The wait is almost over! We just have one more week until Cults release their self-titled debut album on Columbia. The Brooklyn duo and PMA favorites Madeline Follin and Brian Oblivion have supplied us with ample good tunes and singles since they released the fun, cheery “Go Outside” last year, like heavier tracks “You Know What I Mean” and “Abducted,” and most recently recently, the non-album cut “Make Time.”
Now Bowlegs and Cults got together for this live, acoustic rendition of “The Curse” — an older track that will not be included in the album — which displays their fondness for bright, lo-fi pop and Follin’s airy vocals. Watch the video below, and pre-order Cults today. You can stream Cults in its entirety right here.
