It’s now Chilly Gonzales’s turn to discuss his experience recording with Daft Punk on Random Access Memories for The Creators Projects and Daft Punk’s web series The Collaborators. Before Gonzales had his turn in front of the camera, we heard rants and raves from Giorgio Moroder, Todd Edwards, Nile Rodgers, Pharrell and Panda Bear.

As excited as we are for Random Access Memories and as much as we like “Get Lucky,” we feel we must mistrust in interviews that feel more like advertisements because we have not heard RAM and thus have nothing to hold in comparison to the word of these interviewees. Our first experience of the album will be tempered by the expectations created by these videos, which is fine, but it’s worth bearing in mind.
