“Guv’nor” is probably our favorite song on Keys to the Kuffs, the excellent new record from JJ DOOM (that’s whiz-kid producer Jneiro Jarel on the beat and cult rapper DOOM handling vocals) and now it’s got a video courtesy Ninian Doff and RizLab. It’s a trippy, mirrored clip that stars the customarily camera-shy DOOM (in a mask you’ll recognize if you’re a Madvillain fan), in his first video appearance in quite a while. The dizzying, industrial vibe of the whole thing perfectly complements the track’s clattering, cut-up synth clang and DOOM’s rollicking verses. Check it out.
