Miley Cyrus, that divisive little ball of controversy and gaucherie, has been winning us over lately, what with our belated appreciation of “Wrecking Ball” and her charming covers of songs we like. After covering Lana Del Rey’s “Summertime Sadness” and the Arctic Monkeys’ “Why Do You Only Call Me When You’re High?,” Miley sets her sights on a loftier summit, performing this twangy acoustic version of OutKast’s eternal jam, “Hey Ya!”
