When it comes to videos that come from any member of Animal Collective, particularly Noah Lennox aka Panda Bear, we have come to expect trippy, psychedelically induced clips that are indeed way more fun to watch while high (“Brother Sport,” “Summertime Clothes”).
Lennox has recently enlisted director Ara Peterson to create visuals for possibly the best jam from his Tomboy LP, “Alsatian Darn,” which follows this aesthetic in its entirety. It just feels natural to hear Lennox’s signature falsetto watching the mind-bending video, which is vibrant and colorful but also distorted and a bit much for the eyes.
