Chillwave connoisseurs Neon Indian, lead by frontman Alan Palomo, have been tantalizing us with rumors of their forthcoming LP, the follow up to 2009′s well loved Psychic Chasms. We’v finally received the first taste of Heart: Attack in the form of a mini trailer which plays music from the record.
As most of the album was recorded mostly in Finland, the black and white shot trailer follows Palomo (who’s sporting some seriously bad ass sun glasses) as he wanders around the snow ridden Helsinki, from tourist attraction to church. The music playing is strictly instrumental, with a bit of a Washed Out feel to it, but heavily focused on bass, backed with some dope electric synthesizers. Check out the trailer below; Heart: Attack is said to drop sometime in the fall.
