Everyone’s favorite Texas musical pseudo-cult The Polyphonic Spree are back after a brief hiatus, and their video announcement, cut with performance footage, boasts a list of February 2012 tour dates and a brand new song, “What Would You Do.”

It’s appropriately massive (given their insanely extensive, multitalented live membership which apparently includes a string section, horn section, choir, and theramin playing dude) and practically impossibly fun (also appropriate given their insanely energetic live shows – the video’s rife with pretty much incontrovertible evidence). There’s no news of an album yet, but we hope it’s coming soon. Check out the video and try and catch the band at a venue near you, provided you live in the Midwest.
