If there’s one thing we love, it’s The-Dream, and you should probably get into him too if you haven’t already, if only because his latest single “Kill the Lights” is so sexy it makes Usher’s “Climax” sound like a buzzkill, and its video has so much blinding lens flare we briefly wondered if it was on the new J.J. Abrams iPhone app. Really though, all that falsetto, courtesy The-Dream himself and sidekick Casha (why haven’t we heard more from this girl?), that slow-burner beat, those smooth synth drones – no wonder dude’s calling his next album LOVE IV. Check out the video, if only for its literalization of the song’s title. The-Dream’s next LP should drop this summer.
