Hip hop's next it girl, the theatrical and incredibly deft Azealia Banks — who wowed last year with the jam to end all jams, "212" — has uploaded her second new entry for 2012. "NEEDSUMLUV" is Banks' takeover of Machinedrum's still unreleased "SXLND". The track samples the late Aaliyah, one of the defining voices of pop music in the late 90s and early aughts. The ill-fated singer would have been 33 today.

It's sort of interesting how this is the second song in a row where we've only heard Azealia only sing.
