There's something about rising Atlanta hipster rapper Rome Fortune that electronic producers must find very appealing. First it was Four Tet, who produced two tracks for the rapper - one of which appeared on his recently released Small VVorld mixtape. Since then, Fortune hasn't slowed down, dropping his ode to narcotics - "No Drugs Anymore" - and now has teamed up with another formidable electronic music producer, Montreal's own Jacques Greene (one of our favorites). The two collaborated on "Pure," which has the bearings of Greene's signature work all over it, but catered to Fortune's particular brand of crooning/rapping. Sorry Danny Brown. You're not the only rapper with a flair for beats anymore.
