Even bands that are just freshly out of hiatus are releasing albums before Frank Ocean. Cue Bon Iver, whose last album, Bon Iver, Bon Iver, came out in 2011. They are premiering their new album in the most digital-cum-analog way possible, at Justin Vernon’s own music festival, Eaux Claires in Eau Claire. The performance goes down on Friday, August 12.
Other than that, we don’t have any details on the album. We don’t even know if it’ll be made available after the premier on Friday. We do know that the phrase ”22 Days” has something to do with it. Title? Maybe.
